Green Pepper Venison Salami; 135 g wild venison per 100g finished product, spices: paprika, onion, garlic, black pepper, cloves, chilies. Colouring: paprika powder, herbs, whole green pepper corns. Salt: nitrite salt (E250/251)sea salt. Venison Pork Salami; Venison 65g and Pork 65g (per 100g of finished product) salt spices preservatives E250 oak smoke Venison Pork Chorizo; 50% venison 50% pork 140g per 100g of finished product salt, spices, preservatives E250 oak smoke.

We specialise in producing charcuterie using only wild Scottish venison. We live and work in the beautiful village of Roy Bridge, set in the Scottish Highlands. All products, produced by hand, are air-dried to preserve the unique flavour of wild venison.
