Sliced pack of Wild Venison Bresaola. Made with the best prime cuts of wild venison. Dry cured, oak smoked and matured for up to 8 months. Venison Bresaola is delicious with a simple rocket salad and parmesan cheese.
Minimum 135g wild venison per 100g finished product, salt: nitrite salt (E250/251) sea salt.
Ambient for transport, 3 months shelf-life.
We specialise in producing charcuterie using only wild Scottish venison. We live and work in the beautiful village of Roy Bridge, set in the Scottish Highlands. All products, produced by hand, are air-dried to preserve the unique flavour of wild venison.
