Our cascara is sourced from the Buena Vista mill in the tropical Yungas region of Bolivia. A very small coffee producing country, it's perfect altitudes and climate nonetheless produce excellent coffee and juicy sweet coffee cherries, which are carefully sun-dried once the beans themselves have been removed. Definitely a tisane for the adventurous. Brew in hot water, steep and enjoy!
This is an ambient product, best stored in cool, dry conditions and away from direct sunlight.
Please note that dried coffee cherries also contain caffeine, much like the beans that are separated from the fruit.
